Load Sensor for Gas Springs

Replacing the battery

Open battery lid on the back and replace battery.
The positive (+) contact must be towards the outside. Close battery lid again.
Intercomp
digital travel meter (10)
Battery 1.55 V
Travel display in inches and mm
Accuracy: 0.001 or 0.01 mm
Troubleshooting
Fault
Flashing numbers
Numbers do not change
No display
Error greater than tolerance
Display reads only "0000"

Possible cause
Voltage too low
Random stored value
1. Poor battery contact
1. Clean contacts
Dirt in the sensor
Short circuit between zeroing
spring and signal source on
the slide
Slide set incorrectly
Solution
Replace battery
Take battery out and insert again
after 30 seconds.

Remove casing and dismantle
the slide. Blow clean the inside
using compressed air and clean
the slide.
Remove frame and set spring
Rotate slider and check
whether the display is counting.
