➤ Press the
button to set the cooking time.
✔ The display (fig. 2 1, page 3) shows "00:00".
➤ Press the
buttons to increase or decrease the value for the cooking time.
✔ Each press of the button decreases or increases the value for the cooking time by 10 seconds. Press and hold
the corresponding button to set the cooking time faster.
➤ Press the
button.
✔ After the set cooking time elapses, the display shows "READY". Three consecutive signal tones sound if the
door of the microwave oven is not yet open.
WARNING! Risk of burns from heated food!
Use appropriate potholders to remove heated food from the microwave oven.
➤ Open the door and remove the heated food.
NOTE
The signal tone is repeated until you open the door. The repetition rate is as follows:
• Two signal tones every ten seconds in the period from 1 second to 60 seconds after heating the
food
• Two signal tones every five seconds in the period from 61 seconds to 120 seconds after heating
of the food
• A constant signal tone in the period of 121 seconds to 180 seconds after the heating of the
food
After 180 seconds, the microwave oven switches off. Open and close the door to turn
on and use the microwave oven.
Opening the door during cooking
Opening the door interrupts the cooking process. The display shows the remaining time.
Continue the cooking process as follows:
➤ Close the door.
➤ Press the
button.

Thaw
➤ Place the food in the oven and close the door.
➤ Press the
button and enter the required thawing time for the weight of the frozen food or the particular type
of food involved as given in the following table:
