Troubleshooting
Warning! If there is a fault, unplug your appliance. Only a qualified electrician or
competent person may carry out troubleshooting.
If there is a fault during operation, check the following points before calling our approved after-
sales service or a qualified professional.

Direct sunlight or close to a
source of heat or cooker?
Is the appliance well ventilated?
Is the temperature set too high?
The door seal is not sealing.
Check whether the Child safety
function is enabled on the display.
Are there perished goods inside?
Does the refrigerator need to be
cleaned?
Are there strong-smelling foods?
The appliance is not level.
The appliance is touching the wall
or other objects.
A component, e.g. a pipe, on the
rear of the appliance is touching
another part of the appliance or
the wall.
the Fast freezing or Fast cooling
function is enabled on the display
panel.
Solution
Connect the power cord.
Check fuse, replace if necessary.
Electrical malfunctions need to be repaired
by an electrician.
Turn the thermostat to a warmer setting
temporarily.

setting the temperature.
Only open the door when necessary.
Turn the thermostat to a colder setting
temporarily.
Please refer to the installation location
section
Move the refrigerator away from the heat
source.
Clear the distance to maintain good
ventilation.
Adjust the temperature appropriately.
Carefully warm the leaking sections of the
door seal with a hair dryer (on a cool
setting). At the same time, handle the
heated door seal with your hands to ensure
that the appliance seals.
Hold the "OK/LOCK" key down for 3s to
unlock, then carry out the procedure. (for
more information, see Child safety function)
Throw perished goods away.
•Clean the refrigerator.
•Use food packaging.
Readjust the feet.
Move the appliance slightly.
If necessary, carefully bend the component
out of the way.
Quit the special function mode, then adjust
the temperature (for more information, refer
to the Functions section).
