Each of these functions can be used individually or together. To do that, the switch has 4 different
positions:
ROASTING FUNCTION
1) Position the convection/roaster switch in the roaster position.
2) Adjust the temperature regulator to MAX.
3) Position the grill heating switch so the lower and upper resistances come on.
4) Turn the timer to select the desired time.
5) Unscrew the butterfly spikes.
6) Place the food to be cooked on the bar of the roaster.
7) Place the butterfly spikes at the two ends, making sure they correctly fix the food to be cooked.
8) Correctly insert the bar of the roaster, taking into account that the square pointed end should
coincide with the outlet of the motor.
9) Remove the roaster, placing the side of the handle hooks of the roaster in the slits at each side
of the bar. Raise the left side of the bar first and pull the bar removing the roast food carefully.
