Cause
The adaptor is not inserted properly in the
wall outlet
The plug is not inserted properly into the
appliance
You set the alarm within 30 min of the
set time.
The alarm function is off
If you selected the FM Radio option:
the FM Radio does not work

Check that the adaptor is properly plugged into the wall outlet.
Insert the plug properly into the appliance.
The wake-up lamp starts lighting up 30 min before the set time. If you set your
alarm less than 30 min before the alarm goes off, it will only light up at the set
time and not before. Make sure you set your alarm ahead of time and more
than 30 min before the set time to experience the benefits of the wake-up light.
Make sure the alarm function is on. The alarm clock icon is visible on the panel
display when the alarm function is active.
Check if the FM Radio works prior to setting the alarm clock using FM Radio
mode.
