• To remove the mechanism, unscrew the cartridge l by one turn
using a 28mm spanner, then shut-off the water supply.
Continue to unscrew the cartridge l.
Automatic shut-off takes too long or there is continuous
flow (Fig. K)
• Clean the inside of the delay case t using a clean, dry cloth;
and clean the calibrated groove s with a non-metallic,
sharp point.
• Check that the lip seal q and seat r are in good condition.
• Remember to replace the spring p.
Dripping or a constant trickle (Fig. K)
• Clean the seat r or replace if damaged.
• Remember to replace the spring p.
Beware: do not grease the inside of the mechanism.
MAINTENANCE & CLEANING
Cleaning chrome and stainless steel: do not use abrasive,
chlorine or any other acid-based cleaning products.
Clean with mild soapy water using a cloth or a sponge.
Frost protection: drain the pipes and operate the mixer/tap/valve
several times to drain any remaining water. In the event of prolonged
exposure to frost, we recommend taking the mechanisms apart
and storing them indoors.
