Probable Cause
A. The batteries are not properly

Recommended Action
A. Turn OFF the power button on the back of the
toilet and wait 10 seconds. Turn ON the power.

C. Children may be too small to be detected by
the sensor.
D. Use the remote control to extend the spray
wand. Clean the wand with liquid soap. Rinse
the wand, then apply more liquid soap for
lubrication. Retract the wand.
