THE MODEL LD-2X2 TUBE LEAK DETECTOR KIT
The LD-2X2 leak detector kit contains two pneumatic detector guns; seal/washer
sets for / " , / " and 1" (19.1mm, 22.2mm and 25.4mm) O.D. tubes; and two female

quick disconnect fittings.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Read all instructions before using.
2. Keep this manual with the machine at all times.
3. Do not operate without eye protection.
4. Select proper size seal sets.
5. If the machine does not operate properly or has been damaged, return it to
the factory for service.
6. Keep unit clean.
7. Do not use unit with children in the immediate area.
8. Do not operate unit when fatigued or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
9. Keep operation area clear of all persons.
10. Do not over reach or stand on unstable support. Keep good footing and
balance at all times.
11. Follow maintenance instructions in manual.
12. Stay alert – watch what you are doing.
13. Use only Goodway recommended attachments.
14. Check condition of hoses and make sure connections and fittings are secure
before turning on air supply.
15. Turn off air supply and bleed pressures before disconnecting hoses.
16. The tubes and washers must be free of oil or grease and relatively dry for
proper testing. THE PRESENCE OF OIL OR GREASE MAY RESULT IN A
DETECTOR BEING BLOWN OUT OF THE TUBE WHEN ACTIVATED.
17. Do not stand directly in line with detector while in use.
