How to prepare raclette cheese
Use about 200 to 300 grammes of suitable
cheese per person. Cut the cheese into
slices about 3 to 5 mm thick and put them
into the mini-pans. It is preferable to use
original raclette cheese but any other fast-
melting cheese is also suitable.
