9.Only connect the appliance to an earthed wall socket. Always make sure that the
plug is inserted into the wall socket properly.
10.The supply cord must be plugged to power outlet with the following specifications:
220 – 240 V; 50/ 60 HZ; 500W.
11.Check if the voltage indicated on the bottom of the appliance corresponds to the
local mains voltage before you connect the appliance.
12.Do not place the appliance on or near a hot gas or electric cooker, or in a heated
oven.
13.Do not spill water on the mains plug.
14.Use the appliance only as intended and as described in the user manual in order
to avoid injury due to incorrect use.
15.Do not preheat the appliance.
16.Make sure that you have put the needed amount of water before turning on the
sterilizer.
17.Warning! When in use, the sterilizer contains hot water. Hot water can cause
serious burns.
18.WARNING! HOT SURFACE! The accessible surfaces of the appliance may
become hot during use and are subject to residual heat after use.
19.Do not move the appliance when it contains hot water.
20.WARNING:
•This appliance is intended for household environment for typical housekeeping
functions, for instance in shops, offices and other similar working environments; farm
houses; by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments; in bed
and breakfast type environments.
•Unplug the appliance when it is not in used.
•Leave the appliance to cool down before cleaning.
•Follow the descaling instructions to avoid irreparable damage.
•Do not try to open or repair the appliance by yourself. In the case of damage contact
the customer service center of CANGAROO in your country.
•The sterilizer should be placed on a horizontal surface when working.

•Do not leave and do not keep the product in a place, where it can fall or can be
pushed into sink or bath.
•Do not immerse the supply cord, the plug or the appliance into water or other fluid.

•Pay attention when using the product near children or persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities.
•Do not put accessories, which are not approved by the manufacturer and do not
make any improvements or changes in the product as this will lead to its malfunction
or damage.
•Do not use this product when there is damaged cord or plug, if it doesn't operate
properly, if it was dropped or damaged, or if it has been dropped into water. You
should contact the sales agent, from which you have bought the product or the
importer, in order the appliance to be repaired.
