Press the "Start/Stop" button to turn on the light
and default to the last selected working mode.

Treatment Time Setting:
Press the "Timer" button to set the desired
treatment time (1 minute, 3 minutes, 5 minutes,
12 minutes or 120 minutes).

Pulse Light Mode:
In any operating mode, press "Pulse" button to
enter pules mode. It provides short speci c pulse
of light energy, which enhances the treatments.
Press "Pulse" button again to return to the
constant light.

Hold the device away from the skin about 2-3cm,
slowly move around for 3 minutes per treatment
area.
The suggested operating time is between 10 and
15 minutes. Four times a week to start. Once you
have achieved your initial goals, you may drop
down to use the device only twice a week.
