When To Charge Battery Pack
GY 53LME Model
As Required - To check available charge, press the Battery Fuel Gauge button (E, Fig. 25) and charge if required.

Cómo cargar la batería
GY 53LME Model
1. Connect battery charger to electrical outlet. A green light appears. Keep battery charger dry. Avoid ex-posing battery
pack to rain or wet conditions.
2. Slide the battery firmly into the battery charging bay. If the red charging light does not illuminate, remove the battery
pack and reinstall. Make sure the battery pack is firmly seated in the battery charging bay.
• Red light indicates battery pack is charging nor-mally.
• Green light indicates battery pack is fully charged.
• No light indicates battery pack is too hot or too cold. Let the battery pack in the charger until it reaches its normal
operating temperature
• No light indicates could be also caused from a broken battery. Replace the battery in this case.
3. A completely discharged battery pack will fully charge in approximately one and a half (1.5) hour. The battery pack will
stay fully charged if left on the charger.
4. When the green light indicates that the battery pack is fully charged, it can be removed from the charger.
5. To check available charge, press the Battery Fuel Gauge button (E, Fig. 25) .
6. When not in use, disconnect battery charger from electrical outlet.

9. CLEANING
Carefully wipe the machine with water after each cut; remove grass and accumulated mud inside the chassis to prevent
it from drying consequently complicate the onset. The ink inside of the chassis may peel over time due to to the
abrasive action of the cut grass; in this case, act quickly by checking it by hand and painting it with antioxidant paint to
prevent the formation of rust that would eventually corrupt the metal.
Remove the transmission case by removing the screws and wipe around the transmission and the belt with a brush or
an air compressor, once or twice a year. Since each station, you must clean the transmission belt internally. Remove the
two wheels and clean the wheels and grass and dirt accumulated in the tires using a brush or air compressor.
