3. If the power cut lasts for a short time, the fan will continue to work automatically as soon as the
power supply returns. In this case leave the fan working until the appliance has cooled down.
4. Otherwise, disconnect the appliance from the electricity socket, ensure sufficient air flow in the
room and keep checking the appliance until it has completely cooled down.
Cleaning and maintenance

Disconnect the plug from the power outlet before performing any cleaning and maintenance

Only clean the device when it is cold.
To make cleaning easier the rack supports (3) can be removed by unscrewing the screws (4).
After cleaning re-assemble the rack supports correctly as they are a necessary requirement for the
safe operation of the appliance.
Appliance and heating cavity cleaning
Cleaning of the appliance must be carried out with a soft and slightly damp cloth.
Do not use overly wet substances, liquids or cloths, because any infiltration could damage the unit
irreparably.
Do not use abrasive sponges.
NEVER SOAK THE UNIT IN WATER.
Cooking rack (6), dripping pan (7), spatula (11), handle (5), rack supports (3).
Wash with hot water and washing up liquid for washing dishes by hand. Do not wash in the
dishwasher. Do not use abrasive sponges.
Baking stone (10)
Only use hot water and a scrubbing brush for dishes.
DO NOT USE SOAP, DETERGENT OR ANY OTHER PRODUCTS as they can penetrate the stone
and ruin food during cooking.
DO NOT WASH IN A DISHWASHER.
It is normal for the surface of the refractory stone to lose its initial aesthetic appearance after a
certain amount of use.
Before re-assembling the device ensure that all its parts are completely dry.
