b. Set the volume on your phone and the FM transmitter to maximum

and then adjust the volume for your car stereo; you are not

suggested to adjust volume of your car speaker to maximum (this

will be very loud).

4. If you are experiencing connection issue, please try with another

phone or tablet, or you can try the following steps:

a. Please try to clear your Bluetooth pairing list on your phone;

b. Turn off Bluetooth on your phone, then turn it back on;

c. Unplug the FM transmitter and plug it again.

d. When the display is on (please start the car engine so the transmitter

will be powered on), find "KM30" on your Bluetooth setting , click "KM30"

on your phone to start pairing again. Also, it will fail to connect if the

Bluetooth name of your phone is too long. At this point, you might

need to shorten the Bluetooth name to let it be paired. (And please

be noted that this FM transmitter can only connect one device at the

same time.)

5. If you drive a Malibu or some other car that keeps sending power

to the car's cigarette socket/outlet after the car has been turned

off, please be sure to remove NX09 from the car cigarette lighter

after use to prevent your car battery from being drained.
