Storing food in the refrigerator
In a refrigerator, the temperature is not uniform (with the exception of ventilated or stirred cold
appliances), which is why there are appropriate areas for each type of food.
Your food will keep better if you place it in the temperature zone that is best suited to the food type
in question. Refer to the diagram below for storing food.
