Note : Excess oil from the ingredients is collected on the bottom of the basket. To avoid oil
splatter, don't turn the cooking basket over or tilt. Always use non-abrasive tongs to remove
food, and only when the frying basket is placed on a heat resistant flat surface.
SETTINGS
This table below will help you to select the basic settings for the ingredients.
These settings are for reference only as time and temperature may slightly vary depending
on size, shape and weight of ingredients.
Tips :
•
Larger ingredients or larger amounts of food require a longer cooking time.
•
Pre-made dough requires a shorter cooking time than home-made dough.
•
Shaking ingredients halfway during cooking time prevents uneven frying.
•
Add ½ teaspoon of oil over fresh potatoes and mingle for a crispy result.
•
Do not prepare extremely greasy ingredients such as sausages in the air fryer.
•
Snacks that can be cooked in the oven can also be cooked in the air fryer.
•
The optimal amount to cook crispy fries is 500 grams.
•
Place a baking tin or oven dish in the air fryer basket to bake cakes and quiches.
•
You can reheat ingredients: set the temperature to 150℃ for 10 minutes.
