Simple Repair Methods
Failure
Not enough heat or Too heat
No steam produces
Leaking water from Soleplate
Little Steam
No Spraying
After the above-mentioned methods to repair iron, if it still cannot come to work normally, please send to our
special repair agent for repair.

Possible Reasons
Rotate thermostat
improperly
Check if the Thermostat dial has
been set towards the steam range
Check if the steam regulator has been
set towards the steam position
No or too little water in box
Set the thermostat dial out of steam
range
The heat is still not enough
The water is over than max position
Check if the steam regulator is in
proper location
Steam hole or box is blocked
Too little water in the box
No enough pressure or air inside
No or little water in the box
Measurement

Set steam regulator towards the

Fill water into the box

Open steam button only after the
indicator light goes off
Pour out the remaining water
