SAFETY DEVICES
The fryers have a safety thermostat which disconnects the heating if the oil temperature is too high.
The limiter switch must be restored by a specialised technician, after removing the front panel and
pressing the red button on the safety thermostat.
The ignition pilot light has a thermocouple which disconnects the gas supply if the flame goes out.
ACCESSORIES SUPPLIED
The F-G115 and F-G215 fryers are supplied with one large basket per vat.
The F-G121 and F-G221 fryers are supplied with two small baskets per vat.
The fryers have one cover per vat, and a grille to prevent remains of food from blocking the oil drainage pipe.
