Troubleshooting
If no!no! does not start when you glide it on the skin:
Make sure the On/Off button is switched to On
Make sure that the power cord is plugged firmly into the device and the electrical wall
outlet.
Make sure the Hot Blade is intact. Replace the Hot Blade if necessary.
If the thermodynamic wire is severed (pic) replace the Hot Blade
If Thermodynamic Wire is bent (pic) replace the Hot Blade
If the Signal light indicator turns red while you glide no!no! on your skin:
Make sure Hot Blade is correctly installed in Hot Blade socket
Make sure Hot Blade is not torn.
If the device is not working properly, or if it has been damaged or dropped into water, return
it to a designated service center for examination or repair.
