CAUTION
• Do not overload the roll
attachment! Place a maximum of
one roll on the roll attachment!
• Set the selector switch for the
browning level only to maximum
level 3.
• Take a break of one minute
between toasting.
• Never spread fat or butter on the
roll. Fat can drip down and ignite!
Storage
WARNING
As the housing and metal parts become
hot during operation, allow the appliance
to cool down before putting it away.
• Clean the appliance as described
and allow it to dry completely. We
recommend storing the appliance
in its original packaging if you do
not intend to use it for a long
period of time.
• Always store the appliance out of
the reach of children in a well-
ventilated and dry place. The
mains power cable can be wound
up on the bottom part.

WARNING
• Always unplug the appliance from
the mains plug and allow it to cool
down before cleaning.
CAUTION
• Do not immerse the appliance in
water. It could cause electric
shock or fire.
Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning
agents. Only use a moderately damp
cloth to clean the outside of the
appliance. The crumb tray is located on
the opposite side of the slide lever.
• Pull out the crumb tray by the
handle, remove the breadcrumbs
and push the tray back in.
