How t o m ake s andwiches
1. Always p reheat b efore u se. P lug t he c ord i nto t he m ains w hile p reparing t he f illings.
2. The i ndicator l ight w ill i lluminate w hen p lugged; i t w ill s tay o n d uring p reheating, r eady l ight w ill
turn o n w hen a ppliance h as p reheated.

3. Lightly g laze b oth h eating p lates w ith a s mall a mount o f v egetable o il o r a n on-­‐stick s pray, a nd c lose
the s andwich m aker f or h eating u p.
4. Begin h eating. A fter a bout 3 m inutes, t he g reen l ight w ill t urn o n, i ndicating t hat t he s andwich
maker i s r eady f or u se.
5. Prepare t he s andwiches. O pen t he s andwich m aker a nd p lace t hem o n t he h eating p lates.

6. Close t he c asing t o e nsure t hat t he s andwich i s p laced e venly. L ock t he s andwich m aker. N ormal
cooking t imes w ill b e 3 -­‐6 m inutes f or e ach s andwich. T he g reen l ight w ill t urn o n a nd o ff, a s t he
thermostat k eeps t he s andwich m aker a t t he p roper c ooking t emperature.
