: Read all notes and instruc琀椀ons on

safety. Failure to observe any of the notes and instruc-
琀椀ons on safety may result in an electric shock, 昀椀re and/
or serious injury.
Make sure that you keep all notes and instruc琀椀ons on
safety for future reference.
To be able to use the machine safely it is essen琀椀al that
you read the opera琀椀ng instruc琀椀ons and the safety
instruc琀椀ons thoroughly and comply with all of them.
The machine is to be used only by persons who have
read the opera琀椀ng instruc琀椀ons and who are acquainted
with the occupa琀椀onal safety and accident preven琀椀on
regula琀椀ons in force in your country.

In addition, you must also comply with the general
safety instructions also included with the machine.
►Take care to ensure that the mains power supply
corresponds to the speci昀椀ca琀椀ons on the ra琀椀ng plate.
►Do not use the device in any environments with
poten琀椀ally explosive atmospheres. Do not mix any
readily 昀氀ammable solvents or solvent-containing
substances with a 昀氀ash point of below 21° C / 69° F.
►Take care to ensure that no liquid splashes against
the motor housing and keep it away from the rain –
risk of electric shock!
►Never clean the machine with water – risk of electric
shock!
►Do not wind cables or leads around any parts of your
body.
►Do not use the machine with a damaged cable. Do
not touch the cable and pull out the power plug
immediately. There is an increased risk of electric
shock from damaged cables. If the mains power cable
has to be replaced (because of damage or similar),
ensure that it is replaced by the manufacturer or
an authorized representa琀椀ve of the manufacturer
(electrician) in order to avoid any risk to safety.
►Always hold the machine 昀椀rmly with both hands
when carrying out your work and make sure you
have a secure foo琀椀ng.
►Hold the machine by the insulated grip surfaces,
when performing an opera琀椀on where the plug-in
tool may contact hidden wiring or it's own cord. Plug-
in tools contac琀椀ng a "live" wire may make exposed
metal parts of the power tool "live" and could give the
operator an electric shock.
►Before star琀椀ng up, check that the mixing rod is
securely a琀琀ached and rotates without a hitch.
►Start up and run down the machine in the mixing
container only. Ensure that the mixing container is
stood in a 昀椀rm and secure posi琀椀on.
► Only operate the machine and the mixing tool in
perfect condition. Do not use damaged, bent or worn
paddles.
►Do not reach into the mixing container with your
hands or insert any other objects into it while mixing
is in progress. Risk of crushing!
►Wait un琀椀l the machine or tool comes to a complete
stands琀椀ll. Rota琀椀ng tools can snag and cause injuries
or damage.
►If the sound pressure level should exceed 85 dB (A)
where you are working, use ear protec琀椀on!
►We recommend that you wear work gloves and
protec琀椀ve goggles when using the mixer. Regula琀椀ons
require that you wear close-昀椀琀�ng clothing.
►To protect yourself from harmful dust while mixing,
wear a dust mask. Some mineral materials are
deemed to be carcinogenic. Use a dust extractor
wherever possible. To select suitable dust extrac琀椀on
systems or dust masks please refer to the informa琀椀on
of the material manufacturer's.
►Always connect machines via an earth-leakage
circuit-breaker.

ac琀椀vi琀椀es contains chemicals know the State of
California to cause cancer, birth defects and other
reproduc琀椀ve harm. Some examples of these
chemicals are:
Lead from lead-based paints.

Cement and other masonry products.

Your risk from these exposures varies, depending
on how o昀琀en you do this type of work. To reduce
your exposure to these chemicals: ALWAYS work
in a well ven琀椀lated area, and work with approved
safety equipment, such as dust masks that are spe-
cially designed to 昀椀lter out microscopic par琀椀cles,
or use an appropriate dust extrac琀椀on system with
micro part 昀椀lter linked to the machine, to 昀椀lter out
microscopic par琀椀cles.
