4. Overview and Use

Drainspexx is an equipment allowing to easily apply a fog of a disinfecting biocide to the surface of pre-cleaned
drain pipes / channels. The biocide can be left on the surfaces without rinsing.
In effect it leads to a reduction of germs at these surfaces. Regularly applied, it is giving additional safety
against microbiological contaminations in the production area, provided the standard treatment for drain lines is
applied also.

5. System Safety

The Drainspexx unit must only be used for professional use by a trained operator.

The only biocides allowed are listed below:

Aseptanios AF 310
Availability may depend on government approvals in the individual country. Do NOT mix 2 different biocides.
If any other biocides are used serious injuries cannot be excluded. The use is restricted to closed drain pipe
systems. Apply to a single pipe system, drain by drain, one drain at a time. The manual must be followed strictly.
• The air pressure for the unit is set to 6 bar. It must not be changed.
