Attention: If you find the drain blocked, do not apply Drainspexx!

7.3. Select Adapter

• In case of a cylindrical drain line easy to access.
• Select appropriate adapter according to diameter of drain line

• Screw the nozzle and adapter together, approximately 1,5 turns.
• Push adapter incl. nozzle into drain line until line is closed firmly
Attention: If the lips of the adapter are damaged or the adapter does not seal correctly, do not use further!
Check for a tight fitting to the drain line wall, note that 2 libs (upper or lower) must seal the drain line (See

7.4. Start/Stop fogging

• Open air valve, see layout drawing pos. 5 (turn handle 90 °).
• Check noise of nozzle. (If no noise appears, check air supply.
• Open biocide valve.
• Apply for 3 min.
• Finally close valve, remove adapter.
• Use trigger spray bottle filled with biocides to disinfect the adapter.
• Spray biocide onto the surfaces of the drain and pipe entrance where the adapter was placed during Drain-
spexx application.
• After applying Drainspexx to a drain, make sure that the siphon is reinstalled into the drain, in such way
that it fulfills its intended purpose.
• Disconnect air supply.
• Hang up the air tube loops and the other tubes at the trolley.
• Move to the next drain to conduct the treatment.
Attention: The content of the air tube will vent into the room causing some noise!
