4. OPERATING YOUR APPLIANCE
Your appliance has one control for regulating the temperature. The temperature control is
located at the top inside the appliance.
The first time you put your appliance into operation, set the thermostat to the middle
position "4" and let it run empty for 4 hours before storing beverages for it to cool
sufficiently.
The range of the temperature control is from "1" position the hottest position to "7" position
the coldest temperature. Adjust the temperature control to the setting that best suits your
needs. The middle position "4" should be appropriate for home or office refrigerator use.
• Setting 1 to 3: compartment temperature 6 - 10 °C, recommended temperature for
keeping beverage. The appliance assures that this temperature is maintained as
long as it is in operation.
• Setting 4 to 5: compartment temperature 2 - 6 °C, recommended temperature for
keeping beverage. The appliance assures that this temperature is maintained as
long as it is in operation.
• Setting 6 to 7: compartment temperature 0 - 2 °C, recommended temperature for
keeping beverage. The appliance assures that this temperature is maintained as
long as it is in operation.
Temperature too high or too low will affect the taste and the conservation of the
beverage.
