AQUA OPTIMA 30-DAY FILTER CARTRIDGE
To ensure the best performance, the filter cartridge
should be changed after 26.6 gallons, which is
approximately 4 weeks of typical use.
REPLACING THE FILTER CARTRIDGE
• Remove the lid and lift out the inner vessel.
• Hold the inner vessel and rotate the cartridge
anticlockwise to release it.

above.
FOR BEST RESULTS
• To prevent the filter from drying out, it should not
be left unused for long periods. If such an extended
period is anticipated (such as a holiday), then it is best
to remove the filter and store it in a sealed plastic
bag. The filter can then simply be prepared as per the
original fitting instructions. Refer to Preparing the
water filter cartridge above.
• Store the filter jug in the refrigerator or in a cool
place. It is important to store the jug out of direct
sunlight and away from heat sources.
• Wash and rinse the inner vessel and jug regularly. The
lid should be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
• Use only cold or room temperature water for filtering.
• Only use mild cleaning agents, never solvents or
corrosive chemicals. Never use abrasive pads on this
product.
• Do not use the filter jug for any other purpose than
for filtering water.
