CLEANING THE PUMP
After each use, flush the pump with clean water prior to
storage to prevent any damage to the pump.
Turn the pump off and remove the battery pack.
Inspect the filter for debris.
Rinse the pump's bottom screen and the removable
filter(s).
MAINTENANCE
STORING THE PUMP
Remove any excess water by extending the unit fully.
Store pump upright and fully extended to drain water
completely.
Store indoors in a dry, locked-up place out of the reach
of children, with the battery pack removed.
Keep away from corrosive agents such as garden chemi-
cals and de-icing salts.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE
Avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic parts. Most
plastics are susceptible to damage from various types of
commercial solvents and may be damaged by their use. Use
clean cloths to remove dirt, dust, oil, grease, etc.
