Check all hardware and the hanger bar supports.
Inspect for bends or deflections.
Inspect bolted joints of boom for wear.
BOOM
Inspect to ensure the boom is centered between the base
legs.
Inspect the mast pivot bolt under the rubber boot to ensure
the bolt is tightly secured.
Inspect the bolt/hooks for wear or damage.
HANGER BAR
Inspect the sling hooks for wear or deflection.
CLEANING Clean as necessary.
CHECK ALL SLING ATTACHMENTS each time the lift is used to
ensure proper connection and patient safety.
SLINGS AND
HARDWARE Inspect sling material for wear.
Inspect straps for wear.
