normally light up in red after a few minutes.
4. No Sound from the headset:
——Make sure the headset connects to the electronic device successfully.
——Make sure the effective distance of headset and electronic device is
within 10 meters in between.
——Make sure you choose this Bluetooth device for music playback.
——Make sure your electronic device is within a range of strong signal
without external interference.
——Check whether your electronic device has been connected to other
Bluetooth devices.
5.The model of this headset can not be searched.
——Make sure the headset is in the pairing mode you want (Phone/Blue-
tooth Transmitter)
——There may be a program error on the headset and device.Please
reset the headset. (In the power-on state, press and hold the MFB and the
volume "+" button for 6 seconds to restore the factory settings.)
6.No sound can be heard from the headset when in a call.
——Make sure your headset and device are connected successfully.
——Make sure the call is selected in the state of the Bluetooth device.
