6.4. ASSEMBLY
Assembling the diamond disc:

Cutting guide adjustment:
In order to achieve a proper cutting, it is extremely important that the cutting guide and the disc are correctly
aligned.
Any alteration or change to the machine that is not expressly authorised in writing shall render the guarantee
void and exempt INTERNACO from any liability for damages caused by the machine.
Draw a line some 4 meters long.
•
With the disc mounted in the machine, place it on the drawn line.
•
Lower the drawbar down to the cutting surface.
•
Loosen the screw at the end of the drawbar.
•
Align the pointer with the disc and on the line.
•
Tighten the screw to fix the pointer.
•
Completely lift the front section of the machine by
•
turning the disc height adjusting wheel right.
Loosen the disc housing screw and lift the
•
housing up to the highest point and then tighten
the screw clockwise to prevent the housing from
falling.
Remove the outer plate.
•
Insert the cutting disc once you have checked
•
that the inner disc diameter and the direction of
rotation are the same as those indicated in the
upper guard.
Flange-mount the cutting disc with the outer plate
•
and tighten the screw counterclockwise making
sure it is correctly fixed into place.
Place the disc housing back into working
•
position.
When starting the machine, make sure that the
•
disc does not behave strangely and that it rotates
in the direction as indicated in the upper guard.
