7. LIGHTING
The minimum safety standards for lighting work environments under RD 486/1997 must be complied with.
The minimum level of lighting will be 500 lux, corresponding to high visual demands.
8. BLADE DISCS
It is extremely important to use the adequate blade disc for the specific material to be cut.
The quality of the disc results in higher quality finishes, decreased effort, lower risk of breaks and increased
performance.
The following are given by way of example:
-
Narrow notch disc: it yields a standard cut and finish.
-
Wide notch disc: greater cutting power but poorer finish.
When cutting a variety of materials, using a general purpose disc is recommended.
When cutting the same material, the use of a specific disc for that material is recommended. Consult the
manufacturer for the most suitable disc.
Blade Discs may break or suffer inadequate wear because of:
Impacts
-
-
Incorrect use (cutting materials other than ceramics or stone).
-
Incorrect machine aligning.
When the blade disc shows cracks, torsion or broken teeth, discard and replace for a new one.
ATTENTION!
CUTTING WOOD OR SIMILAR MATERIALS IS PROHIBITED.
THIS MACHINE MAY NOT BE USED FOR CUTTING METALS.
ALWAYS USE WATER COOLING.
