5.16. Cleaning of the heat exchanger (the figure shows model VAP30, but the same applies to models VAP24 and
VAP 5-20). (Multipurpose lithium grease, NLGI: 2, 3 for forks). (8 lubrication points).
To access the lubrication points in the heat exchanger cleaning system, you must first remove the
exchanger's front and top rear lining. Lubricate between: the bushings and the shaft, the fork connection
shaft, the plain bearings and the shaft. In addition to the points shown in drawing 34, there are 2 more
bushings (located in the machine's front panel) that need lubrication.


5.17. Ash removal. (Multipurpose lithium grease, NLGI: 2. Grease gun required). (5 lubrication points).
Disassemble the right-hand side and bottom rear lining. Apply, with the help of a gun, grease between the
shaft and the bearings (see drawings 35 and 36), and the chains and the sprockets (drawing 37). VAP24
