INTRODUCTION
The product TIG 210 AC/DC is an inverter AC/DC TIG – high frequency arc – PULSE inverter technology welding machine. The welder is able to weld (MMA) rutile, basic,
stainless steel, cellulosic, aluminium and cast iron electrodes. The welder is able to weld (TIG LIFT) steel, stainless steel, aluminium and copper. The main features are:
Storage of welding parameters.
•
TIG AC/DC
•
Arc force, hot start, antisticking (see the general manual for more information)
•
Arc easy to start thanks to the HF in 2T/4T mode (TIG welding).
•
PULSE (TIG welding mode)
•
MACHINE DESCRIPTION
CONTROL PANEL
The machine functions are controlled by the control panel placed on the front panel. The control panel consists of 3 knobs, selection keys, 3 display and LED's.
INSTALLATION
The installation must be made by trained personnel in compliance to the standard IEC 60974-9 and the current legislation. The input voltage must match the voltage indicated
on the technical plate located on the product. When assembling a plug, make sure it is matching the input voltage and the technical data stated on the technical plate and that
the yellow / green cord is connected to the ground pin. The plug to which is connected must have the ground connection. The lifting machine should be made through the
handle positioned on top of the product.
Warning: Use all necessary precautions written in the general safety manual before using the machine, carefully read the risks associated with the process of
cutting and plasma welding.
