Be careful not to cut yourself with the
small evaporator wings or with the
edges or corners of the adjacent metal
sheets.
Note: clean the area below the evaporator with
hot water. With the aid of a suitable recipient, it is
recommended to slowly pour some hot water
being careful not to spray the surrounding
components. The water must be poured from the
side of the back panel so that as it flows it moves
towards the drainage holes of the tank. If
necessary, repeat the operation several times.
Cleaning honeycomb
At least once a month, it is recommended to clean
the HONEYCOMB.
• Remove the display shelves
• Remove the evaporator covers
• Remove the HONEYCOMB
