5. Hold on to the end of the thread with one hand and then press the on/off switch
or the foot pedal

6. Hold the thread to be wound between the thumb and forefinger of the other
hand and guide it so that it is evenly wound on the bobbin
7. Stop after a few revolutions and cut off the excess thread on the bobbin side.
8. Turn on the sewing machine again until the desired length of thread is wound.
