Disposal

The symbol of a crossed-out dustbin indicates that a product and its accessories (e.g.
charger, USB cable) must not be disposed of with household waste at the end of their useful
life. To prevent harm to the environment or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal
and to promote the sustainable reuse of material resources, separate these items from other
types of waste and recycle them responsibly.
Correct disposal
• Before disposing of the product, consider waste
minimisation options (e.g. disposal of functioning
products or repair).
• Remove batteries / accumulators and lamps /
bulbs from the product before disposal if this can
be done non-destructively.
• Private end customers can hand in the product for
disposal at a public collection or return point in
