ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Remove preassembled nut (EE) from each
3a.
fixture screw (CC).
3b. Insert fixture screws (CC) completely into
mounting plate (AA), one directly across from
the other. Reattach one nut (EE) to each fixture
screw (CC). [Adjustment will be made later.]

4. Attach mounting plate (AA) to outlet box (not
included) using the existing outlet box screws
and washers. NOTE: If there are no outlet box
screws provided with your outlet box, consult
with a licensed electrician before proceeding.
Use level (not included) to make sure fixture
screws (CC) are level horizontally. This will help
ensure the fixture (A) is level when attached.
Tighten outlet box screws completely to secure
mounting plate (AA).
CAUTION: The fixture must be mounted to
an outlet box that is supported by the building
structure and can support the weight of the
fixture. Plastic outlet boxes are not
recommended.
