STEP 3:
Attach Front Post (No. 10) to the Front
Support Tube (No. 5) using 1 Hex
Socket Head Bolt (No. 18), 1 Flat
Washer (No. 20) and 1 Nylon Nut (No.
22). Tighten and secure with 1 Allen

Wrench (No. 28) and 1 Wrench (No.
40).
Attach 2 Sponges (No. 11) onto the two
ends of the Front Post (No. 10). And
firmly press the 2 End Caps (No. 12)
into the ends of Front Post (No. 10).
STEP 4:
Attach 2 Right & Left Handlebars (No.
35R & No. 35L) to the Adjustable Rack
#28-6mm 1PC
(No. 13) using 2 Hex Socket Head
Bolts (No. 36), 2 Flat Washers (No. 20)
and 2 Nylon Nuts (No. 22). Tighten and
secure with 1 Allen Wrench (No. 28)
and 1 Wrench (No. 40).

Loosen and pull out the Round Knob

(No. 7), then slide the Adjustable Rack
(No. 13) into Front Support Tube (No.
5) to desire height. Re-insert and tighten
the Round Knob (No. 7).
CAUTION!
To avoid any injury, please make sure
that the Round Knob (No. 7) is properly
engaged and the Adjustable Rack (No.
7
13) is secured tightly with the Round
Knob (No. 7).
