Possible Reason
1. No power to the battery
2. Circuitry problems
1. Dust cup is full
2. HEPA is blocked
1. The output terminal failed
to insert the socket of battery
pack properly
1. Not charging enough
2. Ageing of battery
1. Blocked by bulky objects
2. Too much fiber overwound

Solution
1. Charging the battery
2. Do not disassemble the
machine without permis-
sion, please consult the
after-sales service depart-
ment.
1. Clean the dust cup
(Please refer to the inst-
ruction for operation)
2. Removing the filter
assembly to clean or to
replace, wash if necessary.
If you wash it, dry it thoro-
ughly before putting it into
the dust cup
1. Plug it again firmly until
the light is on
1. Charge it fully according
to the directions
2. Call the after-sales
service for replacing new
battery
1. Restart after cleaning
the dust cup and filter
assembly
