Getting started
Step 1
Please read the following warnings carefully before using Therabody Lounger:
Before turning on Therabody Lounger, ensure that both the volume and vibration dials are turned all the way down to zero.

Turn up your device's music source to its maximum volume.
2.
Once Therabody Lounger is powered on, slowly turn the volume and vibration dials up until the desired level is reached.*

vibration and volume to protect the integrity of Therabody Lounger.

Use your Therabody Lounger
Plug Therabody Lounger's power adapter into the wall outlet.

Turn the volume and intensity dials to zero before turning on Therabody Lounger.

Press the Power Button to turn ON Therabody Lounger.
3.
Press the backward button to recline Therabody Lounger until it's in your desired position.

Connect your headphones to the Audio OUT port on Therabody Lounger's console, located on the inside of the right arm
