· For the Base: If the base fails to receive the RF from the sensor in
3 minutes, 10 minutes later, it will enter into the RF mode again and
receive the signal for 2 minutes. If still fails, at every 20 minutes, the
base will enter RF mode for 2 minutes, 3 times in total. If all 3 times
fails, then the base will enter into the RF mode for 2 minutes per
hour, until the base successfully receive the signal.
· For the sensors: After batteries installation and reception of RF
signal, the sensor will synchronize the data to the base. When this
process fails, take this time as the beginning, 10 minutes later, the
sensor will enter into RF mode for 2 minutes. If fails, at every 20
minutes the sensor will enter into RF mode for 2 minutes, 3 times in
total. If all 3 time fails, the SENSOR section will alternately display
temperature value for 2 seconds, and "---" for 1 seconds'. When not
receiving signal up to 1 hour, the sensor will enter in RF mode for
2 minutes per hour, meanwhile continuously clear the data until
receiving the latest value.
2. Temperature Testing
· Indoor temperature range: 0 ℃ ~ 50 ℃ (32 ℉ ~ 122 ℉ )
· Indoor temperature detection period: 10S
· Temperature range of two sensors: -40 ℃ ~ 60 ℃ (-40 ℉ ~ 140 ℉ )
· If the temperature value of the sensors is lower than -40 ℃ / -40 ℉ ,
the temperature on the corresponding channel is displayed as -L-
· If the temperature value of the sensors is higher than 60℃ / 140℃ ,
the temperature on the corresponding channel is displayed as -H-

avoid product damage caused by battery leakage.
Q&A
1. What should I do if the Sensor does not respond?
It is necessary to check whether the host battery is installed. After
the host batteries are installed, install the sensor battery. When
installing the sensor's battery, please note whether the sensor has
a flashing light. If the sensor does not flash, replace the battery and
try again. If the light still does not flash, please contact customer
service for handling.
2. What should I do if the host does not display numbers and only
appear "---"?
If "---" appears on the host instead of number, and this condition
lasts more than 5 minutes, please remove the batteries of the host
and sensors and reinstall them in the order indicated in the manual.
3. How many degrees can be set for the maximum and minimum
temperature of the thermometer alarm?
Indoor temperature detection working range: 0 ° C ~ 50 ° C (32 ° F ~
122 ° F), outdoor dual channel temperature receiving range: -40 ° C ~
60 ° C (-40 ° F ~ 140 ° F). Please set within this range. However, when
temperature is very close to the limit, the alarm may be activated in
advance. (Cause: The closer the limit temperature get, the larger the
temperature measurement error will be)
4. Is there any deviation in the temperature measurement of the
thermometer?
This thermometer has a deviation of ± 0.5 ° C (about ± 1 ° F).
5. Sensor and host temperature are inconsistent in the same
location?
Please remove the battery of the sensor and the host and reinstall
them. Please note whether the sensor has a flashing light when
installing the battery. If the sensor does not flash, replace the
battery and try again. If the light still does not flash, please contact
customer service for handling.
