3. AC/DC adapter
Problem
The adapter's error lamp
is blinking red and the tool
does not operate when
switched on.
The adapter's error lamp
rapidly blinks red and the
motor does not operate
when the tool is switched
on.
During protective
operation, the LED will
blink diff erently for AC/DC
adapter use and battery
use.
Possible cause
Output is suspended because the tool or
the AC/DC adapter is overheated.
Output is suspended because the tool is
overloaded.
Possible solution
Allow the tool and AC/DC adapter to
suffi ciently cool down.
Remove the cause of the overload.
This is not a malfunction.
