Make sure your vegetable is fully attached to the NO-SLIP
VEGGIE GRIP to prevent spinning while pressing. If your
vegetable is only attached to the pins at the bottom of the
PRODUCE HOLDER, it will not always ensure a tight grip.
Make sure to push your PRODUCE HOLDER all the way
down until the top portion of the PRODUCE HOLDER clicks
into place. This should result in only a very small leftover
piece.
Some vegetables have a lot of water content, which
generally do better with larger cuts. Try a different BLADE
ATTACHMENT for better results.
First, make sure your FEEDING CHUTE is locked into place
by rotating it clockwise until the arrow is aligned with
the lock. Your machine has a safety mechanism, which
prevents your machine from turning on if the FEEDING
CHUTE has not been locked into place. Secondly, check the
power outlet and ensure it is working properly. Then toggle
the power switch on. If the machine is still not turning on,
wait 10 minutes and repeat these steps.
Now, if the machine is still not turning on, please contact
our service department at service@tribest.com and include
a brief explanation of the situation.
If you've been frequently using the same blade attachment
or using large amounts of produce, the blade may be
getting dull. It could be time for a replacement! Check out
replacement blades at tribest.com.
Be sure when you are assembling your unit that the blade
attachment is fitted down into place completely. If they are
pushing up, your FEEDING CHUTE will not be able to click
into place properly.
