on the appropriate slot, which is located on the front part of the
frame (Fig. 4). To remove the rear wheels press the release button
shown in figure 4A.
CARRY-ALL BASKET
5. To attach the carry-all basket to the stroller insert the fabric straps
in the appropriate plastic slots located on the front (Fig. 5) and
sides of the frame. (Fig. 5A). Fasten the side zippers to the rear
tube of the frame (Fig. 5B) and close the velcro straps (Fig. 5C).
Finally, close the zipper that wraps around the rear tube (5D).
STROLLER SAFETY HARNESS
6. The stroller is equipped with a restraint system with five anchor-
ing points, consisting of two shoulder straps with related adjust-
ing holes, two waist belts and a crotch strap with buckle, already
assembled.
On the backrest there are three pairs of slots for adapting the height
of the shoulder straps to the size of the child (Fig. 6)
WARNING: For use with children from birth to about 6 months the
shoulder straps must be inserted in the lowest slots (Fig. 6 - no. 1);
the length of the straps may need to be reduced so that they fit the
size of the child.
WARNING: To adapt the belts to the body of the child, use the
shoulder straps, passing them through the two adjustment holes
as indicated in Figure 6.
After placing the child in the stroller, fasten the straps by first pass-
ing the two prongs through the slots on the shoulder straps (Fig. 6A)
and then inserting them in the crotch strap buckle (Fig. 6B); adjust
the length of the straps, ensuring that they adhere to the child's
shoulders and waist correctly.
To unfasten the waist belt press the central button on the buckle
(Fig. 6C).
WARNING: To ensure the safety of your child, you must use the
crotch strap, waist belt and shoulder straps at the same time.
WARNING: After removal of the safety harness (e.g. for washing),
ensure that the harness is reassembled correctly using the anchor-
age points. The harness must be re adjusted. To ensure that the
harnesses are properly fastened (on the rear of the backrest), after
having placed the child in the seat and fastened the harnesses, pull
firmly on the ends of the harnesses.
KIT COMFORT
7. The Comfort Kit comprises 2 padded shoulder straps and a pad-
ded crotch strap (Fig. 7).
Insert the belts in the shoulder straps and insert the buckle in the
padded crotch strap.
BUMPER BAR
8. The seat features a bumper bar. To fasten the bumper bar insert
it in the housing located next to the joint (Fig. 8) with the release
button pointing downwards (Fig. 8A) and make sure that the
bumper bar is properly fastened by pulling it towards you. To re-
move the bumper bar press on the two external side buttons (Fig.
8A) and extract the bumper bar from the housing. You can release
one side of the bumper bar to easily seat your child. The bumper
bar can be used both forward facing and parent facing.
WARNING: Always fasten your child with the safety harnesses. The
bumper bar IS NOT a restraint device for the child.
WARNING: Never use the bumper bar to lift the product with your
child sitting in it.
FITTING THE SEAT ON THE STROLLER
9. To attach the stroller seat to the frame, insert the seat into the
appropriate plastic connection points until you hear the locking
click (Fig. 9).
To facilitate the operation, guidance slots are present on the sides
of the seat indicating proper alignment. The seat can be assembled
in either the forward facing configuration (Fig. 9A) or the rear facing
configuration. (Fig. 9B)
WARNING: Before using, make sure that the seat is properly locked
on by pulling it upwards.
To release the seat press the buttons located on the seat joints si-
multaneously and pull up. (Fig. 9C)
WARNING: The child must never be sitting in the seat when fas-
tening/unfastening it.
ADJUSTING THE BACKREST
10. The backrest can be reclined in three different positions; to ad-
just the inclination use the lever located on the rear of the stroll-
er backrest (Fig. 10). The inclination can be adjusted until the
desired position is reached. By releasing the button, the backrest
will lock in the nearest position.
WARNING: The child's weight can make these operations more
difficult.
WARNING: When the seat is in the forward facing position and the
handle is completely lowered the inclination cannot be adjusted, to
be able to complete the operation raise the handle by one position.
HOW TO ADJUST THE LEGREST
11. The legrest has two positions. To adjust it, use the buttons on the
sides of the legrest simultaneously (Fig. 11).
CANOPY
12. The stroller is equipped with a sun canopy and windshield that
can be adjusted to various positions.
To adjust the hood, pull and/or push it centrally (Fig. 12). For more
extensive protection, open the zipper on the hood and open the
remaining fabric section (Fig. 12A). Raising the fabric flap present
on the top section of the hood (Fig. 12B) reveals a mesh section that
can be used to observe the child.
PARKING BRAKE
13. The parking brake acts on both stroller's rear wheels at the same
time. To activate the brake press down on the lever (Fig. 13). To
release the brake press up on the same lever. (Fig. 13A)
WARNING: Always apply the brakes whenever the stroller is
stopped. Never leave the stroller on a sloped surface, with a child
inside, even with the parking brakes engaged.
WARNING: After operating the brake lever, ensure that the brakes
are correctly engaged in both of the rear wheel units.
SWIVEL WHEELS
The stroller has front swivel/fixed wheels. It is recommended to use
the wheels in the fixed mode on particularly changeable surfaces.
The use of the wheels in the swivel mode is recommended in order
to increase the control of the stroller on a normal road surface.
14. To use the front wheels in swivel mode, push down on the lever
located in front of the wheels (Fig. 14). To lock it, push upwards
returning the lever to its original position (Fig. 14A).
HANDLE ADJUSTMENT
The stroller features a handle that can be adjusted in height, accord-
ing to the user's needs.
15. Starting from the lowest, or closing position, (Fig. 15) the handle
can be adjusted to 3 different positions by pressing the release
button located on the centre of the handle (Fig. 15A).
The first operational position is the one indicated by the arrows
marked on the tubes.
After switching from one position to the other, make sure the auto-
matic locking mechanism is properly engaged.
FOLDING THE STROLLER
WARNING: When opening or closing the stroller, make sure that
your child or other children are at a safe distance. Make sure that
during these operations the moving parts of the stroller do not
come into contact with your child.
WARNING: You must remove all contents from the basket before
closing the stroller.
16. The stroller can be folded either without the seat or with the
seat (in either configuration: forward facing or rearward facing).
To fold the stroller, put the handle in the closed position as shown
in the previous figure 15.
