Assembling and placing the tines
1. Place the disc side shaft into the tines' shaft. Insert
the clevis pin and R-clip;
2. Fit the tines' shaft to the drive shaft. The tines have
to be positioned with the edge of the blades facing
forward;
3. Fit the clevis pin in the hole of the tines' shaft and in
the drive shaft. Place the clevis pin on the R-clip.
In case the tines set are separated:
4. Insert the shaft with 4 blades into the shaft
composed of 4 sets with 4 blades. Insert the clevis pin
and R-clip;
5. Insert the tines' side disc shaft into the tine shaft with
4 blades. Insert the clevis pin and R-clip;
When you replace the blades, make sure they are
all positioned in the same direction.
Furrow opener
1. Remove the clevis pins from the farming implements
holder;
2. Fit the furrow opener holder into the farming
implements holder. Insert the clevis pin and R-clip;
3. Install the furrow opener on the holder. Place the
clevis pin in one of the holes of the furrow opener
according to the desired height and insert the R-clip.
Depth gauge
1. Remove the clevis pins from the farming implements
holder;
2. Fit the depth gauge bracket into the farming
implements holder. Insert the clevis pin and R-clip;
3. Insert the depth gauge into the holder. Place the
clevis pin in one of the holes of the depth gauge
according to the desired height and insert the R-clip.
4. Adjust the depth gauge inclination on the two
adjustment bolts;
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Automatic engine start
1. Check if the clutch lever (12) is disengaged and the
gear shift lever (9) is in neutral (0) position in order to
avoid sudden and uncontrolled movement when the
tiller starts;
2. Open the fuel valve, set it to horizontal position;
3. Place the throttle lever (10) in the mid-point;
4. Turn the ignition key to "START" position until the
engine starts;
5. Keep the ignition key in the "ON" position.
Manual engine start
1. Check
the clutch lever (12) is disengaged and the
if
gear shift lever (9) is in neutral (0) position in order to
avoid sudden and uncontrolled movement when the
tiller starts;
2. Open the fuel valve, set it to horizontal position;
3. Place the throttle lever (10) in the mid-point;
4. Pull the recoil starter slowly until you feel some
resistance and then gently release it;
5. Press the decompression lever down until it locks
into place;
6. Pull the recoil starter with strength until the engine
starts.
Clutch operation
1. Press the safety clutch lock lever (13) and squeeze
the clutch lever (12). The drive shaft starts spinning.
2. When you release the clutch lever or the clutch safety
lock lever, the drive shaft stops.
The safety lock lever should never be blocked. In
the event of a fall or any other hazardous situation,
the safety lever must stop the drive shaft.
