Wash the blades in hot soapy water with a soft cloth or sponge. Rinse thoroughly
and dry completely.
NOTE: DO NOT use abrasive scouring pads or powders on blades. After cleaning, always
store blades in plastic sleeves.

To clean motorized handle wipe with a soft damp cloth.
NOTE: Before storing your knife, a light smear of cooking oil or similar on the inner sides
of the blades is suggested.
NOTE: DO NOT immerse motorized handle, power cord, or plug in any liquids or place
in the dishwasher. ALWAYS hand wash.

Possible cause
The appliance is not plugged in.
