Wash the blades in hot soapy water with a soft cloth or sponge. Rinse thoroughly
and dry completely.
NOTE: DO NOT use abrasive scouring pads or powders on blades. After cleaning, always
store blades in plastic sleeves.

To clean motorized handle wipe with a soft damp cloth.
NOTE: Before storing your knife, a light smear of cooking oil or similar on the inner sides
of the blades is suggested.
NOTE: DO NOT immerse motorized handle, power cord, or plug in any liquids or place
in the dishwasher. ALWAYS hand wash.

Possible cause
The appliance is not plugged in.
Not using both blades.
Button is not pressed all the way.
Solution
Plug the power cord into a 120 AC outlet.
Interlock blades together before
inserting them into the appliance.
Re-press the blade release button
thoroughly.
