The water supply must meet the following parameters:

The water must meet the following minimum characteristics:

Total water hardness must not exceed 20°F (French
degrees); i.e. 200 mg/L of CaCO
If the water is particularly hard — i.e. rich in scale, reverse osmosis
filtration is recommended.
Rigid delivery pipes measuring not less than 1/2" in diameter are
required.
6.5 LOW PRESSURE HYDRAULIC CONNECTION
Connect the nebulization group to the water supply using a hose
measuring at least 1/2" in diameter.
The standard version of the machine comes with threaded G¾"M
water inlet with flat end protected by a red cap.
A hose holder adapter is also provided in a separate bag.
Use the rubber hose to connect the pump to the 10µm+5µm filter unit.

Secure the ends of the rubber hose with the clamps provided.
Water filters are included in the supply and are suitable for
installations using water from the mains.
If non-domestic water is used, it must be analysed to
identify the most suitable filtration system (e.g. osmosis
filters, softeners, etc.).
A pressure gauge is installed downstream of the filter unit,
thus ensuring the real pressure of the water entering the
nebulization group pump (see section 6.3) and any cavitation
of the same are checked at all times.
Finalize the low-pressure hydraulic connections by installing the filter
unit between the water supply cock and the machine water inlet.
Use of a water pressure reducer/stabilizer is recommended
to keep the pressure steady at 3 bar; this protects the
nebulization group from any pressure surges (e.g.: if an
autoclave is present).
The pressure reducer must be installed upstream of the filter unit as
shown in the figure:
A pressure reducer with the features described above is available as
an optional accessory.
