• Fire, explosion, electric shock or release of
toxic gas hazard. Do not place items or tools
on the SOLARX-Lithium battery. Avoid short
circuits, excessively deep discharges and
elevated charge currents.
• Do not crush, open or drop the battery case.
Avoid charging the SOLARX-Lithium battery
after it has been discharged below the cut-off
voltage.
• Do not touch terminals or connectors under
any circumstance to avoid electric shock.
Lethal voltages. Severe injuries or death may
occur.
ATTENTION
• The product should be installed by an
electrician or qualified personnel.
• While working on SOLARX-Lithium Batteries
wear proper protective equipment (i.e.
protective eye glasses, protective clothing
and gloves).
• Do not wear any metallic items such as
watches, bracelets, etc.
• Use only isolated tools when working on
batteries. Any work procedures and tools
used should be in compliance to EN 60900 or
similar standard.
• Connecting the inverter to the batteries can
generate a spark. Install in a place without
risk of fire.
• Do not connect batteries to inappropriate
inverters, chargers or load. Can lead to
premature aging.
• The use of cables with incorrect size and
lengths can cause irreversible damage to the
equipment and even fire.
• In case of fire, use a proper fire extinguisher:
Class
ABC
extinguisher
extinguisher, CO2, ABC dry chemical).
• In case of emergency read the SDS (Safety
Data Sheet).

• Avoid skin contact, eye contact, inhalation or
ingestion when accidental leakage occurs.
Take the necessary first aid measures
immediately indicated in the SDS (Safety Data
Sheet) and seek medical attention.
• Do not submerge the batteries or expose to
excessive heat. Keep away from water and
fire.
• Do not reverse polarity or operate with loose
terminal connections.
• Do not insert any foreign object into any part
of the battery.

Ensure adequate and secure mounting
and use suitable handling equipment for
transportation. When working at height, use
adequate fall protection and comply with
safety protocols.
• Ensure secure mounting, handling and
shipping. Handle with care in order to avoid
mechanical shock. Use suitable handling
equipment
transport: make sure that the battery is in its
original package or equivalent and in upright
position. Improper settings or maintenance
can permanently damage the battery.
• Before installation, cut off the grid power
and make sure the battery is in the turned-off
mode.
• Use extra precautions during installation. If
short-circuit occurs, hot metal may spray out
and cause injury.
• Do not connect SOLARX-Lithium battery with
different type of battery.
• Check product and packing list after
(e.g.
foam
unpacking. Contact the local retailer if battery
is damaged or lack of parts.
