3.4 USING THE SPORTSTECH
Besides other features, you can use the SPORTSTECH LIVE App for operating your device when it is
ready for this. The following main steps are required:
1. Download the app - You will automatically be
redirected to the proper App store.
3. Select the training type.
6. Then choose if you want to use a training program or a free training.
