9.2 Cleaning
NOTICE
9.2.1 Flushing the pump

Before switching off, flush the pump with air at atmo-
spheric conditions (ambient pressure) for about 5 minutes
(if necessary for safety reasons: with an inert gas).
9.2.2 Cleaning the pump
à
Only clean the pump with a damp cloth and non-
flammable cleaning agents.
à
If compressed air is present, blow out the parts.
